HP China Print

First week of the semester, we already greeted by a collaboration from HP China Print. We are grouped to three of four people to create an extravagant gown or cocktail dress using their printed “Tyvek” fabric.

Love the black and white flower print.

Our group consist of three people which are Susan, Willa and me. I drafted the basic bustier block as the base of the dress. Next me and Willa draped and pleated the gown while Susan sew all the draped pieces together.

Lastly we added horsehair to the hem for more flounce and use loops as the opening to anticipate fitting for different size.
